| Compost bins one day sales In a bid to encourage residents of York and North Yorkshire to get composting, the York and North Yorkshire Waste Partnership (YNYWP) are holding two ‘Cheap Home Compost Bins’ sales events on Saturday 20 March between 10am and 4pm at Car park on Main Street, Ripley, Harrogate, HG3 3AY, and on Saturday 27 March between 10am and 4pm Asda, Monks Cross, York, YO32 9LF.
